How to register?

How to download the client?
Select your platform (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) on the homepage to download.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. iOS also supports TestFlight beta.
How to log in after registration?
Open the client or visit the website, click "Login", enter your email and password.
Forgot password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email to receive a reset link.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account supports multiple devices with shared data quota.

What plans are available?
Monthly (180G), Quarterly (540G), Semi-annual (1080G), Annual (2160G).
How to renew?
Log in, go to Account, select Renew, choose a plan and complete payment.
What payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. See purchase page for details.
What if I run out of data?
You can renew early or purchase a data booster pack.
Can I request a refund?
Within 24 hours and under 10% usage, contact support for a refund.

How to connect?
Open the client, log in, select a node, and click Connect.
What if the connection is slow?
Try switching nodes or adjusting protocol settings.
What if I cannot connect?
Check your network, restart the client. Contact support if issues persist.
How to choose the best node?
The client auto-tests latency. Choose the lowest ping node for best speed.

How to install on iOS?
Search "Palantir" on the App Store, or use the direct link on our website.
How to install on Android?
Download the APK from our website and enable "Unknown Sources" to install.
How to install the iOS TestFlight version?
First download the TestFlight app from the App Store, then join the beta via the TestFlight invite link on our website.
Does it drain battery?
Palantir is optimized for mobile. Normal usage has minimal impact on battery life.

Windows installation requirements?
Windows 10+, 64-bit, 100MB+ free storage.
What are the macOS installation requirements?
macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, supports both Intel and Apple Silicon chips.
What if Windows installation is blocked?
This is a Windows Defender SmartScreen security prompt. Click "More info" then select "Run anyway" to continue the installation.
What if macOS says the app cannot be opened?
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, find the blocked app at the bottom, and click "Open Anyway".
